Delivery Schedule
Most orders will arrive in the timeframes shown below. However, due to the COVID-19 crisis, a minority will take a day or more than expected. If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow 5 days before contacting us.

All orders are being dispatched from our warehouse on the day they are placed (Monday to Friday before 5:15pm).
The possible delays in delivery are due to unprecedented demand on couriers, and affect all couriers throughout South Africa. This means that all online stores will be affected equally, regardless of the speed in which orders are dispatched.
Bank holidays
We do not despatch or deliver orders on bank holidays
